Quality Control
Rigorous QC is built into everything we do. Our quality control process covers both technical aspects of the audio and the performance: accuracy against text, consistency of character voices, pronunciation, and pacing.

25 years in a single industry takes intention.
Eljin Productions was founded by John McElroy with a single focus: audiobook production done well. Over more than two decades, that focus has produced a body of work spanning thousands of titles — fiction and nonfiction, literary and commercial, debut authors and major bestsellers.
The audiobook industry has changed dramatically over that time. Distribution has shifted, formats have expanded, union agreements have evolved, and the expectations of publishers and listeners alike have risen. Eljin has navigated all of it — not by chasing every trend, but by staying close to what the work actually requires.
